Shipping Policy

At Middle Georgia Thermal Supply, we work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Certain products may require up to 14 calendar days after your order is placed before a shipping label is created. This processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Once a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates will begin when the carrier receives and scans your package.

If we anticipate a delay beyond this timeframe, we’ll contact you with an update. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out before ordering so we can help confirm the expected timeline.
